Thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of the CASSA Symposium 2025, held at the Vineyard Hotel in Cape Town on 22–23 February.
We were honoured to host Professors G. Szeplaki (Ireland), C. Israel, and Kars Neven (Germany) alongside our esteemed local faculty. Their insightful presentations provided valuable knowledge, sparking meaningful discussions that will shape the future of arrhythmia research, diagnosis, and treatment.
A special thank you to our delegates for their active participation and to our industry partners for their generous support—your contributions make events like these possible. As we reflect on the symposium, we are reminded that when we come together as a community, no challenge is too great.
Your engagement, expertise, and support—from our delegates to our industry partners—made this event truly impactful. The knowledge shared will shape the future of arrhythmia research, diagnosis, and treatment.
As we move forward, we draw inspiration from the words of former South African President Thabo Mbeki: “We are the ones we have been waiting for.”
We look forward to continuing this journey together at CASSA Symposium 2026 in Johannesburg!
